​The regular monthly meetings of the City Council shall be held at City Hall on the first Monday after the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. except when Monday is a legal holiday, and in that case the meeting shall be held on another specified date.  Meetings may be held on other specific dates as set by the Mayor with the majority vote of the City Council.
